Year-Round Programs

1000 Books Before Kindergarten:  Ages birth - 5 years. The goal of this easy early literacy program is to read 1000 books with your child before they reach Kindergarten. Sign up at the desk today!

Brain Builders:  Ages 2 - 6. Kids get hands-on to explore new ideas and practice their Kindergarten skills through themed activity stations.

Tech It Out: Ages 2 - 6. Try out a kid-friendly tech or STEM toy with your child.

Together Time: Ages Birth - 5. Sing a song, listen to a story, do an activity, and play together at this short and sweet story time session.

Therapy Dog: All Ages. Read a book or just relax with Trixie the friendly Old English Sheepdog.

Independent Activities:  All Ages. Use the coloring table, complete a project in the library, or pick up a take-home activity to try at home. New activities are available throughout the month.

Pop-Up Book Clubs:  Adults. Once a season, we will discuss books and movies related to a genre or specific author or title.

Chess Club: Adults. Currently on break and resumes after construction by library is finished. We will announce when it starts again. Learn to play or challenge a veteran chess player every Tuesday at 1-4 pm. The club and library provide boards, no need to bring your own.

Game Night For Grown-ups: Adults. Currently on break and resumes after construction by library is finished. Get away and enjoy a kid free game night! Play classic games like Uno, Yahtzee, and more every 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30-8:00 pm. We invite you to bring along your games to share!

Pinochle Group: Adults. Play Pinochle with others on Tuesdays 1-3:30 pm. Don't know the rules? The leader can teach you! Get down to the library and play some cards.
