*Using the Library

  • What restrictions and safety measures are in place for visiting the library?

**For the health and safety of all patrons, everyone must wear a mask that covers both mouth and nose while inside the library.  Masks are available at the desk, if needed.  We continue to strive to protect our patrons and our staff, so that we can continue to provide services to you. (Children under 2 are exempt from this rule.) Curbside service is available if you prefer to not wear a mask.

  • How do I pick up items curbside?

Call the library to order your items, or request them online. When all of your items arrive, contact the library to set up a pickup time. At the designated time, a staff member will bring your items to the bottom of the steps at the parking lot for you. Please be on time and wear a mask to help protect our staff and yourself.

  • What about storytimes and other programming?

We currently provide online storytimes, off site events, and grab-and-go kits for learning at home. A children's game computer is available for use at the library, as well as educational puzzles.

The play area is closed at this time. Please do not bring large groups of children or drop your children off at the library.

Don’t forget that e-books and e-audiobooks are also available through the eBook catalog. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through the situation. On behalf of our Library Board of Trustees and all of the staff of the Sinking Spring Public Library, know that we will be working hard to bring you excellent customer service.
