Friends of the Library

Members of the Friends of Spring Township Library help the Library by volunteering their time to raising funds for our programs and services.

We welcome you to join the Friends group.

Book Sale

We have a book sale every day at the Spring Township Library, updated at least twice a week with the most recent donations from our patrons.

  • Hardcover and Trade Paperbacks: $1.00 each
  • Mass Market or Pocket Paperbacks: $0.50 each
  • Children’s: $0.50 each
  • DVD’s, Music CD’s, and Audiobooks: $1.00 each

Book Donations

If you're donating more than 1 box, please call the West Lawn Library  to make arrangements.

Donation Guidelines:

  • Hard Bound and Paperback Books, Audio Books, DVDs, and Music CD's in good condition
  • We DO NOT accept encyclopedias, text books, magazines, Harlequin Romance, Reader's Digest, or materials stored in damp locations with the possibility of mold and in disrepair

Library Volunteers

If you are older than 14 years of age, you can volunteer at the Spring Township Library.

Volunteer Clearances

  • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI Criminal Background Check
    • Finger prints are needed for volunteers who have NOT been a resident of PA continuously for the past 10 years
