- Multiple appointments may be made at the same time if you have more than 2 people in your party.
- No public restrooms will be available.
- Masks are mandatory, however, we are happy to work with you to get what you need while you wait outside the building if you cannot or do not wish to wear a mask. Please refer to our COVID-19 mask policy and contact us with your needs.
How to Place Requests for Pick Up
Place requests online or by calling us at 610-926-1555. At this time, we can fill requests for items owned by Berks County Libraries. Inter-library loan with libraries outside Berks is not currently available but hopefully will be soon.

How to Pick Up Your Holds
When your hold requests are ready for pick up, you will receive a phone call, email, or text message as usual.
At that time, you will need to schedule a time to pick up. To schedule your pick up time online, click here.
