The Village Library along with Caernarvon Township Parks & Rec will be hosting the annual tree lighting ceremony at Friendship Park! Come and hear Miss Pam read a Christmas favorite! The tree lighting ceremony takes place on carnival grounds! See you there! We will be following Covid-19 guidelines.
