Amy Dougherty from Coal Country Boilo will teach the history behind the tradition of Boilo - a throat-soothing, influenza-defeating, mulled beverage. Plus, recipes and tips on how to create Boilo at home! And a small sample to taste… (Attendees must be 21 or older.) 

As an added bonus, bring an 8-ounce jelly jar for Amy to fill with a non-alcoholic Boilo. Enjoy as is, or add your favorite spirit at home! To register, email exetercl@berks.lib.pa.us or call 610-406-9431. Advanced registration is required by November 13th. Event is limited to 40 attendees.
