Join Erika Lebo, owner of 73 Charcuterie Co., as she teaches her techniques of creating the perfect charcuterie board. During her 1 hour class, you will learn the "A-B-C-D-E" of Charcuterie while creating your own charcuterie on a keepsake heart board. Have fun while learning how to make meat rosettes, strawberry fans and learn insider secrets. All you need to bring is your appetite!
The class is limited to 15 people. Act fast to reserve your spot! A ticket cost $25.00 per person and must be paid in cash only. Please come into the library to register and pay. No refunds can be given.
73 Charcuterie Co. is a woman owned small business located in Berks County, PA. Since opening in January 2022, they have provided more than 200 charcuterie boards, 600 charcuterie cups, 100 boxes, 10 grazing tables and 15 classes. They have been featured on Channel 69 News, BCTV and will be featured in the September issue of Berks County Living.
