We will discuss the two Longwood Gardens Community Reads: The Extraordinary Gardener by Sam Boughton and Paradise Under Glass: The Education of an Indoor Gardener by Ruth Kassinger
“Sam Boughton’s picture book The Extraordinary Gardener is a beautifully illustrated story about a young boy seeking color in a dreary world.”
Afterwards, attendees will decorate a mini flower pot with the use of washable paint!
