Falling is NOT a normal part of aging! Falls can be attributed to a variety of factors that can include medications, dehydration, vision changes, as well as a changes in our strength, mobility and balance. Dr. Robert White discusses Fall Prevention, including important contributing factors that should be identified, the appropriate medical professional to address falls, and some beginner exercises to prevent falls from occurring at all.
