Who are the Friends?
Friends' groups are self-run, non-profit organizations which supplement the buying of library materials and equipment & provide support for library activities and outreach programs.
The Friends of the Sinking Spring Public Library is a group of citizens who value the services of the Sinking Spring Public Library and volunteer to promote and support the library. The Friends operate independently of, but in close cooperation with, the library staff and board, working for the growth of library services and generating funds for materials, activities and outreach.

Have time or a talent to share? Become a member of the Friends! We need people from diverse backgrounds to contribute their experience, ideas and energy; to help us better increase awareness of the Library in the community; to help stimulate private support; and to encourage appreciation of the Library's resources.
The Friends meet the first Monday of every month in the Sinking Spring Borough Building at 7 p.m. Park in the back parking lot and enter through the Library.
