*Please note: There will no Seated Zumba Gold® classes taking place during the month of August.

Seated Zumba Gold®, Tuesdays at 10 AM and 11 AM. Please register for each date you would like to attend and indicate which class time you prefer.

This is a seated Zumba for adults instructed by Jen DeBlase from Inspire Exercise Together. Registration is required as space is limited. Call 610-451-8969. Cost is $5 per class. #HealthLiteracy

This class is accessible and all inclusive. There are no age requirements to attend. Anyone needing low impact due to injury or healthy restrictions are welcome.

About the instructor:

Jen DeBlase has been a licensed Zumba® Instructor since October of 2016. Offering movement to all ages and fitness levels is a true passion for her. Jen offers a variety of Zumba Gold®, seated and standing, classes to Berks Encore facilities, Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center and to the survivors of Breast Cancer Support Services. She also offers Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, and Aqua Zumba® classes in Muhlenberg and Laureldale.

Muhlenberg Community Library is looking for local authors who are willing to do an event at the library. The format of the event can be modified to fit your preference, i.e., individual presentation or panel discussion. Local authors interested in participating at an event, please email us at muhlring@gmail.com. Please include your name and location, book titles and descriptions, and the type of event you would be willing to do. We are currently collecting info from interested parties and someone will be in contact with you when we have a better idea of what the program will entail. Thank you!
